Would your life be better if legally you had the right to stop the endless calls and the stress caused by Debt Collectors?

Under Federal Law, with proper notice to these Collectors, you have the right to advise them to cease and desist from any communication with you, and to dispute the correctness of your debt requiring the Collectors to inform the Credit Bureaus that your debt is in dispute.

What are my rights if the Debt Collector contacts me or does not advise the Credit Bureau that I question the correctness of the debt?

In that instance, the Debt Collector may have violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). As a result of this violation, the debt may be eliminated and you could receive up to $1,000.00 for the violation. This would be at no cost to you. The Debt Collector would be responsible for your Attorney fees.

So, what is next?

How is this actually free?

No Upfront Fees

No Hourly Rates

No Hidden Charges

If collectors break the law, they pay the legal fees — not you.
